Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

To be a mother is to love in its purest form.

It is carrying the hopes, worries, dreams and wellbeing of another person in your heart every single day. It is guiding, protecting, encouraging and standing beside your children as they grow into their own lives and identities.

And perhaps the irony of motherhood is that from the moment your children are born, you spend years building them up to eventually let them go. To give them the confidence to create a life of their own, while quietly learning how to hold on differently.

As a daughter, you rarely realise how much your mother quietly carried for you until life asks the same strength of you.

Today I feel incredibly grateful for my mother who shaped me, and for the privilege to be a mother myself . 🫶🏻

What’s happening with the Brisbane market?

We had an incredible evening this month with some of Brisbane’s leading property experts coming together for our Ray White Collective Market Outlook Event.

I was joined by some incredible speakers including Managing Director Dan White, Ray White Chief Economist , Ray White Collective Director and Ray White Collective CEO Cush all sharing their honest takes on where the Brisbane Property Market is headed.

While our market recalibrates - the key theme for Brisbane is resilience.

Wellness is now recognised as one of the world’s fastest growing industries, a movement being embraced across both the real estate and travel sectors.

Last week, I stepped away to explore this shift more deeply, immersing myself in the raw beauty of the Indonesian archipelago. It offered a powerful reminder of how profoundly environment shapes wellbeing.

At AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach the experience is thoughtfully curated around conservation, connection, and conscious luxury. Set within an untouched coastal landscape, the resort reflects a genuine commitment to sustainable tourism, where nature is preserved, local communities are supported, and every detail is designed to exist in harmony with its surroundings.

It is a rare example of a destination that remains beautifully unspoilt, offering a sense of calm, clarity, and restoration that is becoming increasingly valuable in today’s world.

SOLD | 11601/8 Harbour Road, Hamilton

Results like this are a reflection of something bigger happening in Brisbane right now.

With prices up 16% over the past 12 months, units are now outperforming houses as affordability and lifestyle reshape buyer behaviour. An extreme undersupply of quality stock continues to drive competition. Inner Brisbane remains far more active and resilient than public perception suggests.

Snapped up by an empty nester downsizer, quality apartments in tightly held waterfront buildings like Hamilton Harbour Residences are not just selling they are being absorbed into a market hungry for exactly this kind of asset.

This 16th floor, north easterly, Moreton Bay facing residence with resort amenities and Portside Wharf at its doorstep is precisely what discerning buyers are competing for.

We absolutely love this incredible before and after story.

Paint peeling. Floorboards soft with age. Most people would have walked away.
They didn’t.

The resurrection of one of Red Hill’s most beautiful homes.

A century-old Queenslander pulled back from near ruin and restored to something remarkable.

810sqm across two lots, backing onto Woolcock Park, 4km from the CBD. Blending timeless character with a lifestyle of space, privacy, and ease.

▫️SOLD
▫️$4,250,000

This shows the blue chip value of prime inner city land and high demand for fully renovated homes.

Congratulations to our beautiful sellers for their incredible labour of love and magnificent masterpiece.

A quiet revolution is taking place along Yeronga’s Brisbane Corso.

Frequently named among Brisbane’s top 10 addresses, homes here are tightly held, often changing hands only once every 20 years.

Now, those prized riverfront holdings are being secured for transformation.

In the past 12 months, close to $30 million in riverfront transactions has been recorded, with buyers acquiring original homes to create significant new estates.

Among them

📍377 Brisbane Corso
▫️SOLD
▫️$5,800,000
▫️Future development of blue chip site.

It clearly demonstrates the enduring blue chip value of Brisbane riverfront land.
