Congratulations to all the winners 🎉 Fiducia Property Group didnt get the win this time round with some tough competition nationwide in the apartment category.

Thank you to everyone that made the project such a huge success especially the build team from .velop.r & funding partners who joined us for the awards.

What I love most about these evenings is the community in property development, the friendships across different companies and shared experiences. It’s rare to have an industry that has a collaboration vs competition mentality - and the people and companies leading the way do just that

The NSW Government just released the NSW Pattern Book - a bold move to fast-track medium-density housing across the state.

And yes... we’ve already pulled it apart 👇

Here’s what you need to know:

📘 Now live: Only $1 to access full architectural designs till 2026 then it goes to $1,000

🏘️ This first release Covers: Semis, terraces, manor homes & row houses - medium density for 2-6 Storey Class 2 will come later in the year

🚀 Fast-track CDC approval in as little as 10 days

📆 Available to lodge from 30 July 2025

📐 Designs are pre-assessed to meet planning + design codes and include landscape plans

🧱 Buildability + quality standards included in pdf & CAD files

💡 No DA delays, just clear pathways to smarter density

💬 We have definitely been curious about what this means for sites, value and build costs and will be following it closely.
