Client Build Progress Update 🏡

This home is now sitting at Practical Completion, a huge milestone in the build journey and one of the most exciting stages for our clients.

Here’s how the build has progressed so far:

✔️ Construction Started – completed early
✔️ Slab Down – completed
✔️ Plate Height – completed
✔️ Roof Cover – completed
✔️ Lockup – completed
✔️ Tiling – completed
🔄 Practical Completion – underway

What we love about this project is the consistency. Each major stage has tracked closely to forecast, keeping momentum strong and the experience smooth for our clients.

We’re now in the final stretch, with inspections and handover just around the corner. Can’t wait to welcome Nolito and Rhodora into their new home very soon.

Our supervisors are now out and about in the new Future First Homes vehicles, making it even easier to stay hands-on across our builds. From regular site checks to quality control and progress updates, this is all part of keeping projects moving smoothly on the ground.

You’ll start seeing these around Perth estates as we continue building homes and guiding clients through every stage of the journey.
