Pre-Start Complete 🏡

A big milestone for Chris and Laz, who have now completed their Pre-Start appointment for their new investment property with Future First Homes.

They came prepared with a colonial/hamptons coastal vision, working through their colours, finishes and selections to create a crisp, airy and minimalist look throughout the home. Think light neutral tones, warm timber finishes and a clean, timeless palette.

With Pre-Start complete, the next steps are already underway, including finalising variations, costings and developer approval before their home progresses towards construction.

It was a pleasure helping Chris and Laz bring their ideas together and seeing their investment property start to take shape.

Building your first home can feel overwhelming.

There are so many decisions to make, questions to ask, and a budget to balance. It's completely normal to walk into prestart feeling a little nervous.

That's exactly how this lovely FIFO couple felt before their appointments.

By the end of the day, everything had changed.

With their selections finalised and a clear plan in place, they walked away excited, confident and even more in love with the home they're creating together.

HANDOVER DAY!

A huge congratulations to our newest homeowners who officially received the keys to their brand new home.

What makes this handover even more special?

Their slab was poured in October 2025 and they collected their keys in May 2026, completing the entire home in just 7 months.

At a time when many buyers worry about delays and uncertainty, this is another example of what the right team, clear communication and a well-managed build process can achieve.
