Perth’s property market remained relatively steady last week, with sales transactions easing 4.6% and 687 properties changing hands across the metro area. 📉

Perth led sales activity with 13 transactions, while The Vines recorded the highest sale of the week at $2.5M. Meanwhile, Subiaco recorded Perth’s most affordable sale at $489,800 — highlighting the diverse opportunities still available across the market.

Listings continued to rise, with more than 5,000 properties now on the market across Perth, while leasing activity lifted 5.7% week-on-week, showing rental demand remains active heading into winter.
