The festive season is meant to be a joyous time, however for some families, it can be extremely difficult with all the added pressures the cost of Christmas brings.

REIWA and its members have been supporting The Salvation Army through our Community REInvest program since 2013 and helping them provide services to those who need it most, in particular the homeless.

From 15 November to 13 December, we encourage you to visit one of the 42 real estate agency collection points across Perth, and regionally, to donate unwrapped gifts or non-perishable food items, and meet the REIWA agents who are committed to bringing Christmas joy to those in need.

Our hearts are overcome with sadness today on the passing of our beautiful Hazel. She was an incredible property manager who touched the lives of so many of our owners and tenants during her time at Rentwest with her kindness and compassion. Hazel worked tirelessly with housing many refugees who came to Perth to seek a better life. She was awarded the REIWA Excellence Award for Customer Service for her work in this area out of the whole of the Real Estate industry. Hazel shared her energy, commitment and inspiration to all of those that worked with her. We will cherish our memories that we were privileged to share with you ❤️
