A1 Real Estate Solutions is a culmination of Dundas Real Estate, established in 1995 and Coastal Real Estate, established in 1998. We first purchased Dundas Real Estate in July 2010 and, after a short period, went on to purchase Coastal Real Estate in October 2011, merging the two agencies into one dynamic organisation, then known as Dundas Coastal Real Estate. We chose to operate with the name Du
ndas Coastal Real Estate, not because it was a particularly snazzy or creative name, but simply to confirm that the two agencies had become one and we were still the same team. Dundas Coastal Real Estate then continued to grow for the next seven years – right up until today! Not only is this a new name for us, but a new look, a new feel and, most importantly, a new approach to marketing property and to real estate services in general. For both of us and our very dedicated team, A1 Real Estate Solutions signifies a reinvigorated, energetic and contemporary new future. We think different and be different, but we also combine that with our traditional and familiar practices of providing no nonsense, down to earth advice and service. A1 Real Estate Solutions brings with it an advanced and innovative approach towards real estate and how to market, lease and sell property using new and progressive marketing platforms and methods, particularly within the ever-expanding digital era of marketing and all that it has to offer. Thus, you can expect to see an enhanced array of marketing ‘solutions’, as our new name would suggest. Another thing we are very committed to is promoting Portland, Heywood and all other surrounding areas, together with the people who live here and make up our communities. Our corner of the world and the people in it have so many good things to offer and it is all right at our doorstep!
