Hi, Melissa Hytch here, for those who know me, you'll know that Edenbrook Estate has been a huge part of my life for many years (my two girls joke, that it is my third and favourite child). I've had the privilege of being involved from the very beginning, helping shape what has become one of the region's most vibrant and family-friendly communities.

Over the years, I've had the pleasure of helping hundreds of families secure land and homes under the Edenbrook brand and watching the community thrive. While Edenbrook remains a project that I am incredibly passionate about and continue to manage, I am excited to share the next chapter of our journey.

To better support our clients and the wider community, our real estate services will now operate under Movida Property.

Movida Property allows us to continue selling land and homes within Edenbrook while also providing residential sales services throughout the wider region. This means we can now help homeowners sell their current property, making the move into Edenbrook easier, while also assisting buyers and sellers outside of the estate.
