A small deck repair, water damage, bad gutters left to leak and rot the timber below. This could have been prevented with an easy fix to the front gutter and a little water diversion from the from pathway.

This retaining wall and fence was a difficult tight access job with excavation to take out the top 150 mm of sub grade so good soil could be brought in.
