These on property Clearance Sales are managed, promoted and conducted by our experienced in-house auctioneers and support personnel. We professionally market to the local community through print, online and social media as well as our database of regular clearing sale bidders. On the day of the sale we actively manage the sale to ensure we can achieve the best price for your items. Generally outside entries can be invited to increase the inventory lots being offered which often attracts additional interest in a clearing sale.
