This sale was truly special in so many ways. It’s funny how life can come full circle and remind you just how small the world really is.
More than 20 years ago, during my Property Management days, I first met Bec. Fast forward all these years, and I had the privilege of being entrusted with the sale of her family home at 159 Tullamore Road.
Then came another connection I never expected. While selling the property, I discovered that my dad, Richie, was the one who originally sold Bec’s parents the block of land they went on to build their family home on. Somehow, all these years later, the story had come full circle.
Bec and family, thank you for choosing me not only as your agent, but for trusting me to guide you through what was understandably an emotional journey. Selling a long-term family home is about so much more than a property transaction. It is saying goodbye to a place filled with memories, milestones and years of family life.
I will genuinely miss my Saturday Open Home visits here. It was always my last property of the day, which meant I could linger just a little longer and take in those breathtaking country views.
Congratulations to Bec and the family on the sale. I wish you all the very best for the next chapter ahead.
And to the purchaser, you will soon be handed the keys to a home that has been deeply loved and cherished for many years. I hope it brings you just as many wonderful memories and many years of happy home ownership.
This sale was filled with emotion, history and some very special connections, and it was an absolute privilege to be part of the journey.
