FROM 1 JULY 2026 🔔 You may notice a few extra steps when buying or selling property from now on.

New Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws are now in effect for conveyancers and property transactions across Australia.

This may include:
✔ additional ID verification
✔ questions about your source of funds
✔ extra checks for trusts and company structures
