💡 A little planning now makes a big difference to everyday living.

Construction Manager Darren and Kel the sparky have been walking through our new display home, working through the electrical details, from lighting to power point placement.

It’s all part of thinking about how each space will actually be used and of course all part of the build experience for our wonderful clients ✅

What’s one spot you wish you had an extra power point? 👇

🌴 **A LITTLE CALI IS COMING TO TOWNSVILLE…**

Meet one of our brand new display homes, bringing a relaxed **California-inspired feel** to North Queensland. ☀️🏡

But this one isn't just about a beautiful facade.

Inside, we've packed in the spaces families actually want:

🎬 **Separate theatre room**
🛏️ **4 bedrooms**
💻 **Fully enclosed study**
🍴 **Galley-style kitchen** designed to keep the working side of the kitchen tucked away
🛋️ Generous open-plan living
✨ And plenty more we're not revealing just yet…

Warm, relaxed and contemporary, this home has been designed around the way we actually live in Townsville.

And trust us, there are some VERY good details still to come. 👀
