❄️ JUST ANOTHER SPRING DAY IN THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS! ❄️

Well… that was a day! 😂

A trip to the Highlands for work turned into a proper Tassie snow day — and I certainly wasn’t complaining!

❄️ And snow… in SPRING!

There’s something pretty special about working across Tasmania and getting days like this thrown into the mix. From selling homes, meeting owners and buyers, to standing in the snow with a SOLD sticker — I absolutely love the variety.

And judging by my live video yesterday … I think you could tell I was enjoying myself. 😂

The Central Highlands certainly turned it on yesterday ! ❄️🤍

💙 SOLD — and this one is a little bit special.

Some homes are more than bricks and mortar. They hold years of memories, family moments, celebrations, quiet days, busy days and all the little things that make a house a home.

For my amazing vendors, saying goodbye to this beautiful lady is the end of a very special chapter. There’s so much history and so many memories wrapped up here, and I know letting her go comes with plenty of emotion.

But the lovely part is knowing she now has a new family ready to call her home — a family who will love her, live in her, fill her rooms with laughter and begin making a whole new collection of memories of their own. 💙

That’s the bit of real estate I never get tired of.

To my vendors, thank you for trusting me with a home that means so much to you. It’s been an absolute privilege to be part of this chapter.

And to the new owners — congratulations.
She’s a beauty. Now she’s yours. 🏡✨
