I feel very lucky that I chose 4front as my agents and that Maddy listed the house.
Maddy did an outstanding job marketing and selling my house. She had an open home on the Easter weekend and attracted a lot of interest. She then held another open home on a week day in the evening so potential buyers could have a second look and to introduce some more potential buyers into the mix. 6 offers eventuated very quickly from Maddy's efforts. A contract was signed 10 days after the house was listed. It was a very good contract and it went on to settle with no hitches whatsoever.
Maddy kept me informed at every step. She was always very cheerful and caring in her approach. I think Maddy is a brilliant RE agent. I am grateful for the worry-free experience I had with Maddy being in charge of selling my home.
