Before the emails, inspections and meetings… this morning was about fresh air, good conversation and a few kilometres with the team.

The DiJones crew hit the pavement bright and early, walking from Kirribilli to McMahons Point as Sydney Harbour came alive around us. Ferries crossing the water, the sun bouncing off the harbour and plenty of laughs along the way.

☕️ Think about your day-to-day life. Commutes, coffee spots, parks, grocery stores, and walkability matter more than most people expect.

🕰️ Visit at different times. A neighborhood can feel totally different on a quiet weekday versus a busy weekend.

📍 Ask about local-favorite pockets. Some of the best areas aren't the most talked about online, but locals love them for a reason.

🤝 Work with someone who knows the market beyond the listings. Timing, pricing, and off-market opportunities can make all the difference.

Most of the time, it comes down to pricing, preparation, and how the home is presented from the very beginning.
