A bit of a shift in the WA property market! 🏡

The latest September figures show that while buyer activity has eased, properties are still moving and sellers are holding relatively firm on price.

Looking at regional WA, the numbers tell an interesting story:

📍 36 days on market – up from just 15 days this time last year.

📉 Sales volumes down 13.6% over the past 12 months.

🏡 Vendor discounting at just 3.4% – suggesting sellers aren’t having to move too far on their asking prices.

It’s a reminder that the market is changing, and buyers are taking a little more time to make their decisions.

Of course, regional WA covers a pretty big area, and what’s happening in Margaret River and the South West won’t necessarily mirror the rest of the state.
