AUGUST MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Fraser Valley remains a buyer’s market, giving buyers more time and opportunities to make their move. 🏡 While overall demand remains subdued, August saw a modest year-over-year increase in sales.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 1% higher than in August 2025.
• There were 15% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $869,900.

JULY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Home prices continued to ease across the Fraser Valley in July, improving affordability for buyers, while many continued to take a measured approach to purchasing. With plenty of inventory still available, buyers have more time to explore their options and find the right fit.

Here's a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 9% fewer than a year before.
• There were 18% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $877,600.

Did you know? 💡 Most accepted offers aren't a done deal right away. A conditional offer means the sale depends on certain conditions being met first, and both buyers and sellers have the right to include them.
