To say our House adventure in Ottawa last week was a success would be an understatement 🏡🏡

We are so excited for our buyers to have secured this gorgeous backyard and all it has to offer. There’s more to it but it doesn’t all fit in one picture 😅

With a pool for S and B and a detached shop for M it’s almost a waste that inside the house is equally as terrific because they will likely be outside all the time!

When this family asked me to meet them in Ottawa to help them I was so honoured and I couldn’t be happier for getting to see them again and helping them find a dream home! -Lori

HHT (House Hunting Trip)Time 🚙🏠

After yesterday’s wet and foggy drive to Ottawa and what can only be described as the most chaotic gas station stop imaginable… I made it. 😂

This morning’s agenda:
☕ Coffee
🧁 Muffin
🍎 Attempting to make healthy choices
🏡 Touring 7 amazing homes across Ottawa
☔ Continually checking if the rain has plans to leave (which if you can believe the weather apps should stop by 9 🤞 and I forgot a jacket so I’m really hoping so)

We already have one house circled as the front runner online… but every seasoned house hunter knows photos can either tell the truth or commit fraud. Today we find out which one it is.

The best part? Doing this all with repeat clients I absolutely adore. The laughs, the trying to understand what houses they are talking about because they won’t use the addresses only “the shrub house” or “the no shed house” 😂😂, the “this kitchen is a hard no” — honestly one of the best parts of the job.
