Some deals just hit a little differently. ❤️🏡
Every client I work with is special to me, but when I get to help a best friend or family member through such a huge chapter of their life, it means just a little bit more.
Loren and I met over 10 years ago when we both worked at Enviroshake, and the friendship was pretty much immediate. Since then, we’ve been through marriages, babies, career changes, and her casually moving across countries, literally. 😂
I had the privilege of helping Loren and her family buy their very first home, and now, years later, I’ve had the privilege of helping them sell it as they move on to find the place that will hopefully be their forever home.
And this one made us work for that SOLD sign.
Rural properties come with their own special brand of fun- wells, septic systems, inspections, questions, more questions, and a few hurdles along the way. But with the right pricing, the right marketing, and a little persistence, we found the perfect buyer for the home where their story began.
There’s something incredibly full-circle about helping one of your best friends close the door on their first home while helping them open the door to what comes next.
