GTA Housing Market 2026 Update:
Home sales in the Greater Toronto Area increased by 7% in April 2026 compared to last year, while the number of new listings dropped by 9.3%, leading to tighter market conditions. Despite this, average home prices were still down year-over-year by about 4.9%, giving buyers more negotiating power.
