I love that the nice weather is starting. Tis the season for entertaining, bbq's and being outside.
It's always nice to have a cozy space to be with family and friends, what type of setup do you have in your yard, whether you are in an apartment, house etc.
For myself I'm in an apartment with a pretty large balcony, a BBQ and we sit out with our chairs and have some tunes playing and just relaxing. What about you? I wanna know how you set up your space for entertaining in the summertime or anytime throughout the year.

People usually think that redecorating a space in your home automatically means replacing all the furniture, buying all new and having to spend lots of money. This is not always the case.
Any room in your home can be updated without spending a penny, here are some examples

-moving around furniture in your living room can really change the look and make it more functional.

-Hanging art or pictures on your wall can make it look more full.

-For a bathroom, maybe adding a new shower curtain to change the colour, or adding a bathroom set- meaning carpet, toilet cover set. This will change it as well and add colour.

- picking furniture from one room to put in another, maybe a chair you don't use to make a little sitting area, or moving extra shelving to the space if you have it to add storage.

If you are looking for a piece of furniture, you can always go to thrift stores and find lots of things that are still in decent condition, and just refurbish it if that's what you choose. Also something like this would be much cheaper then buying brand new so you wouldn't be breaking the bank

There is multiple things you can do in your home that is cost free and still can make your home look like you gave it a makeover. I have done this for past clients and they were so happy with the outcome. It was more like having extra furniture and not knowing what to do with it or how to place it in the space. After I was finished, they fell in love with the space and still love it to this day, in the end that is all I want for my clients.

I'm always in the mood for redecorating or maybe changing up the one little area that looks cluttered just to make it look a little nicer, name one area in your home you would love to make a change to, whether it's a new paint job, or new furniture or just rearranging some existing pieces in your home, I want to see as many answers as possible, I love hearing about new changes people make in there homes.
One thing for myself is redecorating our dining room. Cleaning it up a bit and it looks so much more comfortable for both of us.

If your needing ideas for that small corner space in your home that you need to fill and have no idea, here is a few suggestions:

-Find a small corner table or even a floating shelf and you can put a small plant on it or maybe your favourite family photo

- if you want just something simple and you are a plant lover then the tall floor plants are really nice and can also add some greenery to the inside of your home. I love them. These might be small but can still fill a small space

-A small armchair is nice with lighting beside it and it could be a little reading nook so nice and relaxing and peaceful when you want some time to yourself

-Depending on the size of space you need to fill. You could add a small desk and chair and make it an office space for yourself if needed.

-If you have pets, it could be an area for them, maybe a bed for sleeping, blanket and food bowls for them could go there as well.

All of these ideas wouldn't look cluttered either, it's small things to add spaces just to make it look more presentable for you

Easy ways to change the look of your mattress top:
-Dress it up with colourful pillows
-Put pillows inside pillow shams and put them at the head of the bed to add some height to the bed
- Lay a blanket across the foot of the bed to break up the colour of the blankets and it just looks nice to, you choose the type of colour of blanket

Your bed is like blank canvas, you can be as creative as you want and have fun combining colour and textiles to make it look inviting and cozy
Example below: this is more of a simple look but you can go as creative as you like

Colour! Colour! Lots of Colour!
So many options to choose from to brighten or change the look of any room in your home. One top I will give you, if you don't have much light coming into the room from limited windows, use bright colours rather then dark as the light colours draw in natural brightness and make the room look brighter, it's like a breath of fresh air
