Here is a quick tip for anyone wondering what shades go best with what when redecorating a living room/rec room or dining room.
It's perfectly fine to have all light colours or all dark colours but like me I like to have both and it clashes nice together so for example:

For a dining room, if you have let's say dark or black tile floors then you should have a white or light beige curtains, maybe a brown table to be in-between. Walls should also be white or similar to this.

For a living room/rec room, I go by the colour of my couches and chairs, so medium browns or blues for your seating, maybe a white or grey carpet or lighter flooring. I usually have my curtains and shelving very similar so maybe black or chocolate brown would match well. Walls could stay white. I find this all matches very nicely with both a mix of lighter and darker colours.

Good morning, happy Tuesday!!!!

There is always that one spot in your home that always seems hard to keep organized no matter how many times you tidy it up. Like storage underneath a kitchen sink or bathroom cupboards or kitchen cupboards. A solution I have for this that I stand by is using those small baskets to keep any spices or things like that together in your cupboard. Medium or large size bins or even small shelving for underneath your sink for all your cleaning supplies/garbage bags etc.
I find this to be a huge help especially when you have limited cupboard or counter space. Also it makes the area look so much nicer and organized. Same as cupboards in the washroom as well, for myself I use a bin for all my soaps etc and it keeps my cupboards nice and tidy. So many ideas you can use when you have a small space to work with and it can still be organized and useful for you.

I love that the nice weather is starting. Tis the season for entertaining, bbq's and being outside.
It's always nice to have a cozy space to be with family and friends, what type of setup do you have in your yard, whether you are in an apartment, house etc.
For myself I'm in an apartment with a pretty large balcony, a BBQ and we sit out with our chairs and have some tunes playing and just relaxing. What about you? I wanna know how you set up your space for entertaining in the summertime or anytime throughout the year.

People usually think that redecorating a space in your home automatically means replacing all the furniture, buying all new and having to spend lots of money. This is not always the case.
Any room in your home can be updated without spending a penny, here are some examples

-moving around furniture in your living room can really change the look and make it more functional.

-Hanging art or pictures on your wall can make it look more full.

-For a bathroom, maybe adding a new shower curtain to change the colour, or adding a bathroom set- meaning carpet, toilet cover set. This will change it as well and add colour.

- picking furniture from one room to put in another, maybe a chair you don't use to make a little sitting area, or moving extra shelving to the space if you have it to add storage.

If you are looking for a piece of furniture, you can always go to thrift stores and find lots of things that are still in decent condition, and just refurbish it if that's what you choose. Also something like this would be much cheaper then buying brand new so you wouldn't be breaking the bank

There is multiple things you can do in your home that is cost free and still can make your home look like you gave it a makeover. I have done this for past clients and they were so happy with the outcome. It was more like having extra furniture and not knowing what to do with it or how to place it in the space. After I was finished, they fell in love with the space and still love it to this day, in the end that is all I want for my clients.
