A huge congratulations to my Buyer! This one is very special to me for a few reasons. A friend from years past reached out about thhis building. It has been so wonderful to reconnect and reminisce. But then there’s the building. As a child, this was a building I always loved. You use to be able to easily see it from the highway. I was always in awe of it. When they made the conversion to lofts, I deeply wanted one… however, having two horses meant it was not in the cards. This is the building that always stops me iin my tracks. Built in 1937, the art deco design, in combination with the industrial aspects, is everything I love. To be able to share this experience with a wonderful friend, who loves this building even more than I do, has been very meaningful for me.
