A little update from us at Birch Point Homes 🔨

Our new website is officially live!

We wanted it to feel like a true reflection of who we are, how we work, and the homes we’re fortunate to be a part of creating.

It’s a place to learn a little more about Birch Point Homes, explore some of our recent projects, and get a better sense of the level of care, craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every home we work on.

If you’ve been thinking about renovating, planning an addition, or simply want to see more of what we do, take a look at our new site. We are booking into 2027.

And a big thank you to Meredith of Meredith Wolf for bringing it all together so beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out 🤍

A little bathroom with a lot of thoughtful details.

Designed by S T E P H A N I E T R I S T A N I and brought to life by our team at Birch Point Homes, this project proves that beautiful design isn’t about square footage. It’s about intention.

Every finish, fixture, and detail was carefully considered to create a space that feels both timeless and functional. The kind of room that quietly elevates your everyday routine.

We couldn’t be happier with how this one came together.

Effortless elegance, down to every detail ✨

Jasmin’s client purchased this home, and when they stepped inside it was like a 1970s time capsule: untouched, nostalgic and full of retro-charm… but both Jasmin and her clients new it was time to say goodbye to the disco era, and welcome in a warm, modern aesthetic that blends timeless elegance with contemporary comfort.

With Josh managing the project and Jasmin overseeing the design, a new era of Project Ingledale began as a true team effort.

We’re finishing off 2024 with something different!

Our clients at Project Holborne wanted to incorporate arches into the design, so Shayla came up with this feature for the bar area (swipe to see her design concept 🤌🏼). Josh is finishing off the year turning the concept into reality with some custom framing details 💫

Wishing you all a Happy New Year! 🥂🍾✨
