In July, home sales across Hamilton, Burlington, Haldimand County & Niagara North declined 11.0% year-over-year, while new listings also tightened by 17.6%.

🏡 Inventory remained at 4.6 months of supply, giving buyers more choice and creating more buyer-friendly conditions than we’ve typically seen in this market.

📉 Down 1.0% from June, and down 4.9% year-over-year
