Slow and steady wins the race....unless
you’re trying to sell your home! When it comes to that
race, it’s almost always the faster, the better. ⏰

So if your home is getting a little too comfy in “active”
status, and you’re 'bout ready to throw in the towel,
here are 3 tried-and-true tips to get your home off the
market and you on your way to your next big thing.
🏡✨

1. Price it right from the start.
A well-priced home is a magnet for buyers. Work with
your real estate agent to analyze the market and set a
competitive price that attracts attention. And don't let
your home languish with an unrealistic price tag.
Pricing it strategically will generate interest, drive up
demand, and increase the likelihood of multiple offers.

In fact, according to one analysis, homes that sold
within 10 days sold for 101.3% of their asking price.
After 120 days on the market, the sale-to-list price ratio
dropped to 97.6%. (Ugh.)

The good news? If you’re coming to the conclusion
your home is priced too high, 64% of homes sell with
just one price reduction.💕🔑

2. Maximize curb appeal like a pro.
First impressions matter, so if you haven’t already (or
have, but it’s been a while), ensure your home's
exterior is clean, crisp, and well-maintained. Spread
fresh mulch, add seasonal pops of color with a new

The right agent will answer them with confidence and specifics. Vague answers are information too✨ .

A few worth paying attention to:

→ The list-to-sale price ratio tells you how close their sellers actually end up to asking price📈 .

→ Days on market tells you how well they price and position a home from the start.

→ The marketing plan question: Get details: platforms, timing, etc. The more specific, the better 🎯.

The last question might be the most telling of all. Every transaction has bumps. Experience shows in how an agent handles them 💕.
