I didn’t plan this 5am routine…
It started years ago when my wife was training for a half marathon. Our schedules didn’t line up, so she asked if I could start waking up early to run with her.
At first it was just support.
Then it just became part of what we did.
Over time it turned into a habit.
And now, after doing it for over a decade, it’s just part of my routine.
Most habits don’t start as discipline. It’s usually just a decision you stick with long enough that it becomes part of who you are.
