We would like to extend a heartfelt ✨welcome✨ to Kim Greeley who has joined the Seeing You Home team! Kim's many years of experience working in Real Estate make her an incredible asset to the team and we look forward to working together! We asked Kim a couple of questions so you can get to know her! 1. Where is your favourite place you have ever travelled? -A big priority for me in my spare time is traveling. Some of the most exciting places I’ve visited include Croatia (particularly Split and Dubrovnik) as well as Israel, both of which I would highly recommend. Thailand is also high on my list of favorite destinations. 2. What is your favourite food? - I have soooooo many! Turkey dinner, scallops and salmon! 3. What is your favourite hobby? -In my free time, I stay active through exercise, whether it’s golfing, playing pickleball, working out at the gym, or biking. 4. What do you love most about working in real estate? -Real estate is selling homes, but it’s also the people business. I truly enjoy working with people and experiencing the many different personalities that come with it. I want to assist in both buying and selling and as well provide enough information so my clients can make an informed decision. 5. What is one piece of advice you would like to give to someone looking to buy a home? -If I were to give advice to a buyer, I would emphasize the importance of choosing a good location, since it will appreciate more over time. Additionally, I'd recommend not stretching to the maximum budget, as financial surprises can arise down the road.
