This home had more character than photos could translate, and on paper it wasn’t exactly what we thought we were after. I had previewed it before we had gone out to see another property, and I’m so glad my incredible clients trusted me enough to take a look at it when I suggested it worth their time.
They saw the vision too, but unfortunately so did several other buyers that same day, and we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation.
They asked for my advice, took it, and did everything in their power to follow the plan, work with the timeline, have patience with the process - and today we got to celebrate with the keys to their new home! As beautiful as it is now, I know what it’s about to transform into is going to be amazing 🤩 Humbled to help and elated to see the plan play out for incredible people on this gorgeous summer day in Camrose🥰
