Thinking about selling your home on PEI this summer?

Here's what the market is telling us.
Prices are still holding well. The average sale price in April came in at just under $400,000, and the benchmark price is up 4% compared to this time last year.

Inventory is slightly higher than it was, which means buyers have more choices and presentation matters more than it did during the peak years.

The good news: serious buyers are still active, and homes that are priced right and show well are not sitting long.

If you've been sitting on the fence about buying on PEI, here's an honest look at where things stand right now.
Inventory has loosened up compared to the past few years, giving buyers more options and a bit more breathing room.

So you ask what that means practically? w

Well you have more to choose from than you did in 2024, but well-priced homes aren't sitting long. If you're pre-approved and ready, this is a reasonable time to move.
