PEI has a program that helps you with your down payment! 🏡🇨🇦

The Down Payment Assistance Program (DPAP) offers eligible first-time home buyers a loan of up to $17,500 — that's up to 5% of the purchase price — to go directly toward your down payment.

Here's what makes it stand out:
✅ Conditionally interest-free while you're making payments
✅ Interest is forgiven once the principal is fully repaid
✅ You can skip your first year of payments to ease the transition
✅ Household income must be $110,000 or less
✅ Home price must be $350,000 or under
