A little behind-the-scenes of what listing with me really looks like… 🏡✨

When I’m not out showing homes, THIS is what I’m doing… 😂🧺

I brought home a mountain of bedding from staging because, yes, I wash EVERYTHING between homes. And my staging collection has officially grown so much that I’ve taken over my husband’s man cave just to accommodate it all. Sorry, Matt! 😂

But this is also a big part of what my clients get when they list with me.

I don’t just show up when it’s time to put the For Sale sign on the lawn. I work with you well before we ever list your home. We walk through everything together and figure out what should stay, what should go, what’s worth changing and, just as importantly, what you DON’T need to spend money on.

And if your home needs staging? That’s included when you list with me. I bring in the furniture, bedding, décor and all those little finishing touches that can completely change how a home feels.

I want your home looking its absolute best before that first buyer ever walks through the door. ❤️

So when I’m not showing houses, writing offers or meeting with clients… there’s a pretty good chance I’m staging, shopping for staging, rearranging staging stuff — or doing another load of bedding. 😂
