The Chilliwack and District market saw a quieter September compared to last year, with fewer sales and new listings across the market. With more inventory available and prices continuing to adjust, buyers have more choice heading into the fall.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month’s sales were 13.2% lower year-over-year.
• There were 10.7% fewer homes listed than last September.
• The composite benchmark price was $703,000.
