Your house doesn’t have a showing problem. It has a pricing problem.

If your home has been sitting on the market with little to no activity, the problem probably isn’t the photos, the marketing, or your agent.

It’s the price.

Buyers are watching the market every day. They know what similar homes are selling for, and if your home is priced too high, many won’t even book a showing.

Real estate people don’t “turn it off.”
We’ll notice a fresh listing before we notice the weather. We’ll critique landscaping at red lights. We’ll casually slow down for open house signs like it’s completely normal behaviour.

At this point, spotting a “For Sale By Owner” sign feels less like a coincidence and more like a sixth sense 👀

Occupational hazard? Probably.
Passion for what we do? Absolutely.
