Finding a ready to go income property in Creston isn’t always easy, especially if you want flexibility in how you use the space. You might find something that could work, but don't want to take on the project of suiting a part of the home, are worried about the cost of renos, or simply don't have time to tackle a project home that has potential.

Maybe you want to live upstairs and rent out the lower suite to help offset the mortgage, or rent both levels for two separate income streams.

Sometimes you need a separate space for Mom or Dad, and ideally still have plenty of space for your family on another level.
