Used Car Sales Manager
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our long established business in New Glasgow, NS.
Job Functions
Oversee used vehicle acquisition, appraise trades, and manage inventory turn rates.
Structure profitable deals and collaborate with the finance, parts, body shop and customer
service departments to maximize gross profit.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding used car volume and gross profit goals.
Strong knowledge of local used car market trends, valuation tools, and digital marketing.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
