As a local business, our reputation means a great deal to us. We take pride in the work we do and in the relationships we build with our customers. Information has recently been shared online that we feel requires some clarification. It is not our normal practice to comment publicly on individual projects; however, we feel it is necessary in this instance.

The system that was installed was done so accordance with the engineer's design, and all completed work was reviewed and approved by the engineer responsible for the project.

Throughout the project, we did our best to accommodate requests for changes while working within the scope of the job and the requirements of the system design. Some additional work that was requested after the project was underway could not be accommodated because the equipment being used for the installation was not suited to those additional requests.

The engineer's documentation and system details, including the make, model, and serial number, were provided, and the completed installation was reviewed and approved by the engineer.

Damage to a window that occurred during the installation was repaired at our expense.

We stand behind our workmanship and the quality of our work. We remain committed to providing professional service on every project we undertake.
