Congratulations to my buyer clients for an accepted offer on a really fantastic home in Portland Estates 🏡.

I love my career and I love my neighbourhood, so when the two come together it’s extra magic for me! ✨

When this home came on the market on Monday, I was there with my clients that evening; we submitted an offer an hour later and by the end of the night we were competing - which wasn’t a surprise for a well-priced home in a sought-after location. We were competing against multiple other offers, and we ended up with the result we wanted 👏🏼.

This was an example of creating good rapport with the other agent, and demonstrating organization and professionalism to hold a strong position for my clients. These things matter in any transaction, but especially when you’re competing.

Congratulations to our seller clients for an accepted offer on their 4-years-young semi detached home in Halifax 🙌🏼.

There was consistent feedback on one particular feature of this home from potential buyers which required a financial investment by the sellers to improve. Once we consulted them regarding this and they agreed with the vision, the improvement was made and the offer came in 👏🏼.

There are certain improvements that can make a big difference when listing your home, especially in a market that has swung back to favour buyers (generally speaking). That being said, there are other improvements that may not make much of a difference at all. One thing that always makes a big difference is having the right agents working hard for you 🫵.

Yesterday we got an accepted offer on my newest listing in Portland Estates 🙌🏼. I met the buyers at an open house on Sunday afternoon, they went back with their agent a couple hours later, and 24 hours after that we brought this together for a happy accepted offer for everyone. 🎉💯🏡

Now it’s on to conditions 👉. With great seller clients, buyers, and their agent, it’s off to a good start 🤙🏼

This spring we are in a more balanced market than we have been for years ⚖️🏡, which is good for everyone including sellers.
