The market has changed. Has your strategy?

That was really the heart of our Facebook Live with Patrick Francey and Calvin Hexter as we looked ahead to RECON.

Think about it this way: no good sports team runs the exact same plays regardless of the opponent, the score or who is on the field.

Real estate investing shouldn’t be any different.

Markets move in cycles. Edmonton today is not Edmonton of 2024. Inventory is changing. Rents are softening in some segments. Competition from new rental supply is increasing. And strategies that worked extremely well during the boom may not make sense in the market we’re moving through now.

That does NOT mean there isn’t opportunity.

In fact, some of the best opportunities can show up when uncertainty causes other investors to step aside.

But it requires a different game plan.

We talked about:
