Great progress continues at our Parkdale affordable housing development!
Despite our weather challenges, construction remains largely on schedule, with completion and turnover anticipated near the end of August!

Parkdale will provide 24 self-contained studio homes across two residential buildings.

While final timing remains subject to weather and construction conditions, we’re excited to be approaching the finish line and will continue sharing updates along the way.

Our walk-in Tax Clinic is open Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Looking for a doctor? Our friendly, team-based clinic is accepting new patients. Call 587-415-4100 ext. 2 to learn more.

We also offer peer-based recovery groups and ongoing family supports. And if you need help with some of life’s random-but-important stuff like talking with your landlord, understanding a bill, completing an application or finding the right community resource - we can help with that too!

Back to School Bash

Families, join us on Thursday, August 27 from 12:30 to 3:00 PM at the JPWC Community Health Centre (16114 100A Ave NW) as we get ready for the new school year together.

We'll have free school supplies, a colouring contest, door prizes, and plenty of family fun. Admission is free, everyone is welcome, and there's no need to register. Just show up and enjoy the afternoon with us.

One thing to keep in mind: we have a limited number of backpacks filled with everyday supplies, so come early to make sure your kids get theirs.

One backpack per child while supplies last, and kids need to be present to receive one, so bring the whole family.

Backpacks are for students of all ages and packed with the basics to help the year get started.

We can't wait to celebrate the start of the school year with you.
