May continued the momentum we started seeing this spring.

There are more homes on the market than there were a few months ago, which is giving buyers more options and a little more breathing room.

At the same time, well-priced homes that show well are still attracting strong interest.

What I'm noticing most is that people are being intentional. Buyers are taking the time to find the right fit, and sellers who come to market with a solid strategy are putting themselves in a great position.

Overall, the Greater Edmonton market feels active, balanced, and healthy.
