A year in the making… and worth every minute. ✨

My client wanted it to feel right, and when you’re making one of the biggest decisions of your life, there’s nothing wrong with taking your time.

There were moments of nerves, moments of excitement, and now, it’s all worth it.

She’s leaving one chapter behind and stepping into a fresh start in a home that’s not only beautiful but offers the lifestyle she’s been dreaming of…close to the river valley, great restaurants, and everything that makes this area such a fantastic place to call home.

This one moved fast! Six offers on the table and my client came out on top.

This is Jordyn’s very first home and while we looked in a number of neighborhoods, the hope was always that the right home would pop up in the area she grew up. Staying close to her roots was important to her, and the sellers recognized just how meaningful that was. I’m so happy it all came together for her.

I happened to be sick during this part of the process so a huge shout out to Cindy of for the assist as I participated from the sidelines. It takes a village sometimes!

Some transactions just feel a little extra special, and this was definitely one of them. 💕

After touring a bunch of properties and neighbourhoods, we narrowed it down to a couple of buildings and this one was the obvious choice. The kind of condo that checks all the boxes and makes the decision easy.

A big part of who I am comes from my dad. My people skills, my gift of conversation, and my animated personality are all things I learned from watching him. Those qualities have helped shape not only who I am as a person, but also how I build relationships and conduct my business every day.

Today, I’m grateful for that influence and the lessons that stay with me.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures who teach us, encourage us, make us laugh, and help shape the people we become.

And for those of us who are missing our dads or father figures today, I’m thinking of you too. ❤️
