Ayre & Oxford Inc. is looking for an experienced, organized and technology-savvy Condominium Manager to join our Edmonton team.

For us, strong condominium management starts with communication and continuity.

Our clients, Boards, owners, vendors and business partners should never be left wondering what is happening, what the next step is, or whether something has been followed up on. We place a strong emphasis on frequent, proactive communication, timely updates and dependable follow-through.

We are looking for someone who understands that great service is not simply about completing tasks — it is about keeping people informed along the way.

Base-level requirements include:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of condominium management experience
✔️ Applicable Alberta condominium management licensing
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ A proactive communication style and strong follow-through
✔️ Strong computer and technology skills
✔️ Experience working directly with Boards, owners, contractors and vendors
✔️ Knowledge of budgets, financial reporting, maintenance, capital planning and bylaw administration
✔️ Strong organization, judgment and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Ability to confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining service continuity
