Market activity is slowing as we head into fall — pretty normal for this time of year. Prices remain steady, but inventory keeps building. With supply rising, we could see some downward pressure on prices if demand doesn’t keep pace. If history tells me anything, we may be due for that window where things can really pick up again before the snow falls, now that school is in, and routines are setting in.
