(Sort of...) Breaking NEWS!!!
As many of you have probably guessed, I've recently made a brokerage change, to best align with my personal and professional goals. The move also came with a new role and title, which I will share at the end! (Facebook won't let me change it until Feb...)
I've chosen for so many reasons, although I will try to list most of them!
aligns with my morals and values when it comes to assisting my clients buy and sell their home. We are a full service brokerage, offering our clients the opportunity to potentially save thousands when listing their homes!
allows me the flexibility to be there for my clients, whether they are buying or selling, while at the same time maintaining my many volunteer commitments.
offers me work/life balance, in that it can go where I go, if and when I want it to!
encourages professional growth, and gives me the opportunity to use the skills and training I've worked so hard to obtain
has an incredible support system for its agents through its office systems and practices, enabling me to offer you the best service there is, whether it's buying or selling!
What does that mean for you?
First, my business cards have changed- leave me a comment below, and I'll make sure you get some new ones! Email and phone number remain the same, rest assured!
You'll probably save a bit (maybe a TON!) of money should you choose to list with me when selling your house. I've attached a graphic below for you to review. If you're considering selling your house, I'd love the opportunity to show you how we can save you money, without sacrificing service!
Lastly, you may have a few questions, and I'd be more than happy to sit down and chat over coffee, wine, tea, water, and explain all of it- we probably need to catch up anyways!
Long story short, I'm extremely happy in my new brokerage and my new role, and can't wait to tell you all about it!
2025 is off to a pretty great start, and I can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings!
