AUGUST MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Late-summer activity continued to slow across the Greater Edmonton Area, with sales easing compared to last year while new listings and inventory remained higher. The market continues to show steady average prices, with the benchmark price sitting at $426,900 in August.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• August sales were 9.8% lower than the previous year.
• There were 3.3% more homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for all home types was $426,900.
