So, what does September tell us?
The Elk Valley market continues to show strength, but the story looks a little different depending on the community and property type. Weโre seeing benchmark prices hold relatively steady or move upward in several segments, even as the number of monthly sales fluctuates.
For sellers, pricing your property appropriately for its specific market remains important. For buyers, there are still opportunities and understanding whatโs happening within each community can help you make a more confident decision.
If youโre thinking about buying or selling in Fernie, Sparwood, Elkford, or anywhere in the Elk Valley, letโs talk about what these numbers mean for you.
