We’re growing our team at Kona Carpentry and looking for a Project Coordinator to join us!

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

From preparing estimates and coordinating material orders to managing schedules and communicating with trades, this role plays a key part in keeping our construction projects moving forward.

🏗️ Position: Project Coordinator
📍 Location: Fort St. John, BC
⏰ Full-Time: 40 hours/week
✅ Benefits: Extended health care

Experience with construction materials, estimating, and Microsoft Office is an asset!

It’s been a while… here’s what we’ve been up to! 🏡🔨

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately — but definitely not on the job sites.

2026 has been a busy year for the Kona team, and we wanted to share a quick snapshot of what we’ve been working on:
🏗️ 10 foundations in the ground, with 2 more still to come
🔑 7 homes completed and handed over to their new owners
🏡 5 more homes on track to be completed before the end of the year

Behind every one of those numbers is a home, a client, and a whole lot of work from our team, trades, suppliers, and partners.
We’re excited to start sharing more of what we’ve been building — stay tuned for a look inside some of this year’s completed homes. 🤍

Today we’ve got an awesome group of local kids out helping us lay sod.

It’s encouraging to see young people choosing to show up, work hard, and earn something for themselves. Character isn’t built in comfort—it’s built by showing up, taking initiative, and doing the work.
