Working with clients who are not just looking for a new house but the right house. A home that takes everything they love about their current one and elevates it. The epitome of moving up!

And sometimes waiting for the right home can take longer than expected, but when it does happen…magic.

I am beyond thrilled for my buyers and the near future owners of 19 University Ave. This was a search almost 2 years in the making. Thank you to Mike Lint for his spectacular cooperation with this deal.

May! You were magical!

Two closings for two of my sellers who had trusted me with such special homes ✨

Multiple accepted offers for my current clients who I am beyond excited about to move forward into their next chapters

I was invited into homes for listing appointments and I’m grateful for the opportunities to see these homes hit the market in the upcoming weeks!

We raised $10,000 for Ronald McDonald house maritimes which is something that I do not even have words for. The girlhood gala was something beyond my wildest dreams.

And I spent a lot of time with my family and friends. This is the magic. Having a career that allows the balance with those who I love so much, who make me a better person and being a REALTOR® is what matters at the core. I’m so grateful for all of it. 🥂

One of my favourite parts of this job is walking through homes that feel like someone.

The vintage lamp that makes no sense to anyone else.
The bookshelf overflowing with well-loved stories.
The candle lit on a random Tuesday morning.
The little touches that make a house feel like home.

Yes, when it’s time to sell, we talk about presentation and helping buyers envision themselves in the space. But that doesn’t mean stripping away every bit of personality until a home feels like a showroom.

Every house has a story.
Every home has its own kind of whimsy.

My job isn’t to erase that magic.
It’s to help the right buyer fall in love with it too. ✨🏡
