So happy to have the closing of 37 Read Street behind us! 🏡🔑

I didn’t think this one would last long, but boy, did it go even faster than we expected! We had multiple offers come in right away and were off to an amazing start.

Then, unfortunately, a bump in the road meant the deal fell through and we found ourselves starting from scratch again. It was a little disappointing, but it didn’t take long for the interest to pick right back up. We quickly secured another strong accepted offer, and what a successful deal it was from beginning to end, right through to a smooth closing. 👏

A big thank you to Central Law for helping out with this one!

This one was a little more special to my heart, as this was my in-laws’ home and there’s history and memories here for our kids. ❤️ It’s always a little bittersweet saying goodbye to a home but I’m so thankful to the vendors for trusting me to help them move on to their next chapter.

A little trip down memory lane… ❤️🏡

This photo came up in my FB memories. I just had to share!! It was taken after I received my very first listing and proudly placed my very first SOLD sticker on the sign. I can still remember how exciting that moment was!

At the time, Noah was just a busy little preschooler keeping me on my toes. I was already well into my pregnancy with Asia. It wasn’t until shortly after I passed my real estate licensing exam that I found out we were expecting her. Looking back at this photo now, it’s amazing to realize she was already part of the journey. Asia has always known mom as a “realtor”. Noah much the same- maybe a few early memories as a “banker” haha.

So much has changed since then, myself, my kids and definitely the Gander housing market! I’ve had the privilege of helping so many incredible buyers and sellers, and reaching dreams.

Can’t say it has always been an easy road, a lot of bumps for sure! Every chapter has helped shape the REALTOR® I am today, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me along the way- and a special thank you to the ones that’s stayed loyal 💛Thank you for allowing me to be part of some of life’s biggest milestones.

Here’s to remembering where it all began and hopefully to many more SOLD signs in the years ahead! ❤️

Hey, it’s me! 👋

I’ve been a little quiet on my page lately, but it’s certainly not because life has slowed down. 😅

The past few months have been a whirlwind - actually, one of the busiest years of my life (not in terms of work/ business, but life in general). June, in particular, brought some memorable highlights I enjoyed, including a short getaway to support and celebrate my husband receiving a huge honour through his work, and experiencing one of the biggest milestones yet—watching my firstborn graduate from high school. ❤️ So many emotions, but I couldn’t be more proud!

While life has been busy, one thing that hasn’t changed is how much I value my clients and being part of some of the biggest milestones in their lives too.

A huge congratulations to Erica, Cody, and Owen — who just might be the happiest little boy ever! While this one officially closed over two months ago, we were a little late getting their photo in front of their beautiful new family home… but it’s just as special today as it was then.

This one truly means a lot to me. My connection with this family goes back over 10 years — helping parents, aunts, and uncles along the way — it was such an honour to be able to help this sweet family.
