I am incredibly happy, proud, and absolutely thrilled to congratulate Spencer and Ashley on officially purchasing their first home at 12 Howe Street! 🔑

Every single home journey I get to guide my clients through is deeply rewarding, but this one had a very unique, personal meaning for me. The buyers are two of my closest friends, and being able to hand over the keys to people I have grown up with was an incredibly special moment.

Finding the perfect place is rarely a straight line, and this was definitely a long journey. We rode the real estate rollercoaster together, exploring many different houses across Gander and putting offers in on multiple properties. Through all the ups and downs, they stayed patient and trusted the process until we finally found the perfect place to call home!
